ADS PIPE
Perfect for drainage in every situation it can be bought solid, perforated, and perforated with a sock.
ANGLE IRON
Used for lintels or headers over a door or window which supports masonry over the openings. A piece of iron that forms a right angle and is used to span openings and support masonry at the openings. In brick veneer they are used to secure the veneer to the foundation.
ANCHOR BOLTS
Bob which fastens columns, girders or other members to concrete or masonry such as bolts used to anchor sills to masonry foundation. Foundation plates or sills shall be bolted to the foundation with not less than ½” diameter steel bolts embedded at least 7” into the concrete or reinforced masonry or 150 into unreinforced grouted masonry and spaced not more than and apart. There shall be a minimum of 2 bolts per piece with one bolt located within 12” of each end piece.
ASH DUMP
An ash dump is a holding area for ash, a byproduct of combusting materials such as wood and coal.
BACKER ROD
Backer Rod is closed-cell polyethylene foam that is used to fill large joints before caulking. It works with most caulks and sealants by saving expensive caulk and preventing joint failure by partially filling large joints before applying caulk or sealant. Backer rod can also improve the energy efficiency of a home by helping to insulate and prevent drafts. Use it indoors or outdoors on a variety of projects including windows and doors, wall joints, foundations and cracks in pavement.
BARREL BLOCKS
Block used to build sewers.
CAST IRON COVERS
Used to put on top of the drains to close them off. Some cast iron covers are solid and some have holes in them.
CHIMNEY CAPS
A cornice forming the uppermost portion of a chimney.
CLEANOUT DOORS
Devices installed in a masonry chimney to allow access to the interior chimney for the purposes of inspection sweep and remove any debris that may have collected during the year.
CONCRETE MASONRY UNITS
A large rectangular brick used in construction. Concrete blocks are made from cast concrete and aggregate, usually sand and fine gravel for high-density blocks. Lower density blocks may use industrial wastes as an aggregate.
DUR-O-WAL LADUR
Prefabricated continuous reinforcement and adjustable tie systems.
FLUE CAPS
Flue caps are built to provide any chimney with long-term protection from weather, animal activity, and other types of damage.
FLUE LINERS
The primary reason to install a flue liner is to provide protection to the masonry of the chimney, as well as the surrounding wood of the home. Flue liners for wood burning fireplaces are often made from ceramic, because the ceramic provides excellent insulation, resists corrosion, and is easy to clean. A flue liner may be recommended to make an older fireplace safer, or may be installed in a new chimney for additional safety.
FOUNDATION COATINGS
Damp-proof your foundation and deter water intrusion. Foundation coatings have been seen to prolong the life of your home or building.
GLASS BLOCK
Glass Block used in applications where light is needed but visibility is not, this beautiful block can be used purely for decorative purposes or they are perfect for shower enclosures and dividing walls.
LALLY COLUMNS
A lally column is round thin walled structural steel column oriented vertically to provide support to beams or timbers stretching over long spans. A lally column is filled with concrete to prevent buckling. The advantage of a lally column over conventional structural steel is the ability to cut it to length on a construction site with simple hand tools such as a plumber’s pipe cutter. Lally columns are generally not as strong or durable as conventional structural steel columns. The term “lally column” is sometimes incorrectly used in reference to other types of prefabricated steel columns.

REBAR
Common steel bar, and is commonly used as a tensioning device in reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry structures holding the concrete in compression.
UMACO TRANSEAL WB (COLORS)
An interior/exterior, durable, waterborne acrylic sealer applied over properly prepared masonry and concrete surfaces. Transeal WB is low odor making it an ideal sealer to use for interior applications. Transeal WB is available in Clear (Gloss) and in a variety of colors.
UMACO BLOCK-LOCK ADHESIVES
Masonry restoration, waterproofing products, decorative coatings, stucco systems, concrete repair.
UMACO ACT FIBERS
Alkaline resistant fibers which help reinforce against plastic shrinkage crack formation when added to cement-based and gypsum-based mixes.
UMACO ADD MIX-21
An acrylic, liquid additive (21% solids) for cement based mixes designed to increase adhesive bond as well as tensile and flexural strength.
UMACO ADD MIX-35
An acrylic, liquid additive (35% solids) for cement based mixes designed to increase adhesive bond as well as tensile and flexural strength.
UMACO ADD MIX-35
An acrylic, liquid additive (35% solids) for cement based mixes designed to increase adhesive bond as well as tensile and flexural strength.
UMACO BOND ALL EXTERIOR
A brushable, water-based, exterior-grade, surface bonding agent designed to be applied to the substrate prior to applying cement based and gypsum mixes.
UMACO BOND ALL INTERIOR
A brushable, water-based, interior-grade, surface bonding agent designed to be applied to the substrate prior to applying cement based and gypsum mixes.
UMACO CFS (CONCRETE FLOOR SEAL)
A solvent-based, acrylic sealer designed to be applied over properly prepared concrete and masonry driving surfaces that require hot tire resistance. Available in Clear (Gloss) and in a variety of colors.
UMACO COLD CHECK
A chloride-based, liquid admixture designed to accelerate the set time of concrete and mortar mixes in cold weather applications.
UMACO CONCRETE CURE & SEAL
A waterborne, acrylic emulsion designed to cure, seal, harden and dustproof concrete. Applied after finishing, Concrete Cure & Seal forms a membrane that retains mix water, allowing normal hydration.
UMACO ELASTOMERIC SEALANT CAULK
A single component, high performance elastomeric caulk which adheres to masonry, wood, asphalt, metal and vinyl for use in a wide variety of roofing and general construction applications. May be applied to damp or oily surfaces in a wide range of temperatures.
UMACO MORTAR MIX
A premium, single-component, pre-blended, mason grade mortar consisting of Type S masonry cement and finely graded mason sand.
UMACO PAVER-LOCK SAND
A unique blend of high grade silica sand and polymer binders designed to be swept into paver joints keeping them securely in place while reducing vegetation growth, ant infestation and sand loss due to wind and precipitation erosion.
UMACO RAINBOW CEMENT COLORS
Universal pigments (powder form) which can be used to tint any type of cement or gypsum product including cement-based Umaco products.
UMACO SILOXANE 20
An exterior-grade, clear, deep-penetrating, solvent-based water repellent (20% solids) applied over untreated masonry and concrete surfaces.
UMACO SILOXANE WB
